AI Software Targeting Prevention, Abuse & Neglect
In 2022 the World Heath Organisation (WHO) reported around 1 in 6 people 60 years and older experienced some form of abuse during the previous year. With the World aged population predicted to more than double by 2050, the problem is growing.

Our Software is a predictive and intuitive tool which is focused on the wellbeing of each individual using AI and ML to map and monitor older peoples’ personal safety and care in order to identify potential issues/risks and provide early identification of possible abuse and neglect. Multiple data points and clear output graphs and charts make this the most comprehensive overview of your clients wellbeing.
Developed at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), in conjunction with our IP and industry experience, Professor Farookh Hussain Head of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Institute combined complex data capabilities and futurist thinking to develop this innovative and robust AI led solution to the problem of elder abuse and neglect, particularly starting in care homes, residential and community care settings. It provides a sophisticated and individualised anonymised data collection and analysis platform which can individually benchmark each individuals wellness needs. The Software application enables identification of all potential abuse and neglect incidences of consumers in real time, with early intervention and immediate response key outcomes for prevention.

ACQS Self-Audit App
The ACQS Self-Audit App was developed as a cost effective, 'one stop shop,' for managing and documenting ongoing compliance against Aged Care Quality Standards, and allowing verification for auditing. The real issues facing the industry are an increased focus on compliance, the large burden of compliance documentation, and the lack of staff either qualified or available to keep these updated.
The Software aims to reduce the burden of compliance, designed by our panel of experts, to allow either internal or third party verification and review, which works as a 'virtual quality manager', providing cost saving for small to medium organisations. Accessible any time, audits against the ACQS can be targeted and specific to areas of concern, or systematically undertaken to provide assurance you're on the right track across multiple Standards.
Key focus areas covering significant areas of compliance risk are also available for areas such as Comprehensive Care, Advanced Wound Management, Nutrition & Hydration and Trauma Informed Care.
