DAVID STEVENS
A passion for learning and working with people to ensure the best outcomes has steered David through a rich and diverse working life. His background in Psychology and Anthropology has led to a lifelong interest in the areas of Senior Living and Ageing, Wellness, Human Services, Quality Management, Acute and Primary Health Care, Mental Health and Disability Support. This dedication to excellence has endured throughout this journey and his dedication to the pursuit of excellence and implementation of Standards lies at the heart of Standards Wise International Australia.
David has worked closely with government and organisations within Australia and Internationally on standards, service development, quality, risk and governance exemplary practice. His passion for multi-generational and multi-cultural inclusion is evidenced in his work internationally across diverse communities, including local indigenous groups.
David developed a deep understanding of Human Service Delivery and Accreditation Standards working directly and in-directly for more than three decades as an advisor and futurist for not-for-profit and for profit providers, governments and peak bodies. The innovative person centred approach and support services he co-developed in the 1980's and 90's have all gone on to become highly successful models of human service delivery, with his visionary work for the Aged Care sector showing proof of concept over the last 30 years.
David's lifelong commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable people begun at an early age volunteering to support older people in their homes at the age of 15 and moving on to developing positive models for ageing, services for Veteran's, disability, mental health, AOD, Child, Youth and Family services, and indigenous health. David is a well-respected and sought-after expert on Human Service Standards across multiple sectors, both in Australia and Internationally.
As an entrepreneur, David is constantly seeking new ways to improve efficiencies and standards in Human Services, by providing thought leadership, encouraging a focus on person centred approaches, encouraging the use of innovative technology, and supporting co-operation and the communication of ideas globally.

JADE HAND
Jade has been working within the human service sector in Australia for the past 12 years and more recently internationally regarding several projects. She is a very accomplished project manager with across sector experience in aged care, health, and disability. Jade is passionate about supporting organisations within the human service sector to be the best they can be and to ensure they can provide outstanding services to their consumers. Jade has experience working with government, the private sector and not for profit organisations and has worked in various leadership, quality, community health care and project management roles.

ANTHEA LE CORNU
Anthea Le Cornu is a Registered Nurse with over 35 year's experience in the residential care, community care and retirement living industry.
Anthea has worked across a broad spectrum of roles including Clinical Nurse, Director of Nursing, Facility Manager, Human Resource Executive and Acting Chief Executive Officer for several organisations. For the past nine years Anthea has been working as a Consultant within the residential care, community care and retirement living industry providing a wide range of services including assisting services to meet their accreditation obligations, professional development, clinical reviews, human resource and industrial relations support, staffing restructures, operational restructures, developing governance systems and general operations auditing.
Also, an experienced aged care assessor Anthea has completed numerous re-accreditation audits, assessment contacts and review audits for the Department of Health Australian Aged Care Quality Agency (currently the Quality and Safety Commission') in three states over the past seven years as a 'team member', 'team leader' and as a sole assessor.
